To give book groups across the country access to personal, two-way discussions about the inspiration for my book, the twists and turns the story took as I wrote it and revised it, and my experiences publishing the book, I’m happy to speak with your group about Osaka Heat and to take your questions by speaker phone for a session up to 60 minutes long. To schedule a phone discussion with your book group, send an e-mail via the Contact Me form on this website with your suggested date and time, along with a contact name and a phone number. Please include "Book Group" in the Subject line. I’m also happy to honor requests for local, in-person speaking opportunities. I look forward to hearing from you.
The list below includes my current and upcoming appearances. I'm available to speak to book groups and other organizations about Osaka Heat . I can also speak at conferences and teach workshops.
Booksellers: I'm happy to appear at your bookstore for reading, discussion, and signing.
